We’re partnering with Local Mama Catering to bring you Rare Taps and Tapas!

The night will feature 4 courses, each paired with a 5 oz. Weyerbacher beer.

First Course
Mellow Monks
Ale and cheddar soup served in a bread bowl topped with a sage sausage gravy and caramelized onions.

Second Course
Double Simcoe IPA
Salad with a warm bacon dressing, roasted root vegetables and blood oranges.

Third Course
Brünicorn (Blackberry)
Short rib stew with local beef, mushrooms and a hint of blackberry over garlic mashed.

Fourth Course
Berry Monks
Flourless dark chocolate torte served with a cranberry coulis and warm ganache.
